We were also harassed about showing key pass when entering elevator for hotel. We ate breakfast every day in the casino restaurant and ate either lunch or dinner in the restaurants or bar area daily and played in the casino daily. Management also refuse to honor our rate. When checking out we were suppose to have a group rate. The front desk refuse to honor our group booking even when speaking to Management. They refused to put anyone in our group in that room. Someone also was suppose to have the hotel room connected to the Suite. Upon check in the front desk put everyone in the group on different floors not one person in the group was on the floor with the Bride and Groom. All rooms was suppose to be on the same floor as the Bride and Groom Presidential Suite. The group was booked back in February 2021 for June 2021. I was with a Wedding Party that booked the Presidential Suite and rooms.
